The Alpha Phi Building Association, Inc. was incorporated in 1934 as a non-profit corporation.  The corporation owns the Chapter House located at 2005 University Avenue, Austin, Texas 78705 and is responsible for maintaining the Chapter House with funds provided by the Chapter and its alumnae.
