    Cardiac Care

Every year the Omega Chapter of Alpha Phi hosts a variety of philanthropy events that benefit the Alpha Phi Foundation and the American Heart Association.

As heart disease is the #1 killer of women in North America, Alpha Phis do their best to promote and support cardiac care awareness. This is a cause that every Alpha Phi holds close to their heart.

You can find more information on our website or at The Alpha Phi Foundation.

     Hits for Hearts

Hits for Hearts is an annual softball tournament that supports the Alpha Phi Foundation.  Every year, 20+ teams of fraternities and male spirit organizations play to contribute to our philanthropy while Alpha Phi members cheer the teams on toward victory! The event is a blast for all and supports a wonderful cause.

    Red Dress Gala

Alpha Phi held its 3rd Annual Red Dress Gala last October. The event was a huge success, raising over $50,000 in support of the Alpha Phi Foundation and the American Heart Association. The Red Dress Gala consists of both a live and silent auction, casinos, dinner, a guest speaker, live music, and of course, dancing. The Gala is also always planned over our Alpha Phi Parent's Weekend and is a black tie affair that's fun for the whole family.

Alpha Phi-esta! is an all you can eat fajita buffet that raises money to support the Alpha Phi Foundation, the American Heart Association, and the Special Olympics of Texas. For the past three years, Alpha Phi has teamed up with the Texas Iron Spikes to host this joint philanthropy event. The Phi-esta is a great event that is fun for friends, family, and faculty alike.
